William "Billy" Howard

Billy was a resident of Rhea co., and was of the Baptist faith. He enjoyed painting, and was retired from the city of Chattanooga as a painter. He was preceded by his parents William C. Sr. & Pauline Ruth Davis Howard. Two daughters Rhonda Faye Thomas, and Donna Kay Williams, Son Tim Howard, granddaughter Amy Thomas, two grandsons Jason Williams, and Andrew Thomas, three brothers  Randall, Leroy, and Bobby Howard. Billy is survived by his wife Wanda Price Howard  Chattanooga, caregivers Helen & Mark Holland Dayton, sister Janie (Terry) Weber  Gray Tn. Granddaughter Tisa Howard  Georgia, four grandsons Adam Thomas, Dayton, Tn. Derick Keith Chattanooga, Chance Williams, Chattanooga, Troy Howard  Georgia,  Several great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be Monday at 2:00 p.m. Monday in the chapel of Coulter Garrison funeral home with Rev, Clyde Fitzgerald officiating. Burial will be in Montgomery cemetery. Family will receive friends Monday 12 to 2:00 pm at the funeral home.
